Thomas brings over 30 years of experience in finance; accounting; operational and financial planning; cost and internal controls; GAAP reporting; risk management; strategic business analysis; and investment analysis. Currently, Thomas is the CFO of Strategic Acquisitions, Inc., an institutional residential developer, where he oversees all aspects of financial accounting. Prior to this, Thomas was the CEO/CFO of one of New York’s largest security firms. Thomas is a proven team leader with a track record of guiding and motivating large multi-disciplined teams to exceed corporate goals. Thomas provides advise to our CEO on business development and leads our Board of Directors.
Darshan Sedani
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Darshan is a technologist and professional entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in online media technologies. As the President & Co-founder of IntelliMedia Networks, Inc. Darshan has proven the ability to deliver best-in-class enterprise level online media solutions worldwide. Darshan is the Vice-chairman of our Board of Directors, and as interim CTO, Darshan is currently responsible for managing technology development for Domotics.
Teodros Gessesse
Co-Founder & Member, Board of Directors
Teodros brings over 20 years of experience growing and managing technology-based firms in the software and marketing industries. Teodros is the CEO & Co-founder of IntelliMedia Networks, Inc. and has acquired extensive experience in the design, management, deployment and operation of cloud-based applications for enterprise grade media delivery. Teodros is the Secretary of our Board of Directors and heads our legal and regulatory practices.
Jason LaVardera
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jason is an alumni of Bentley University, where he studied Economics, Finance, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Jason brings over 8 years of experience in Financial and RE Operations, splitting his career between Hedge Fund behemoth Bridgewater Associates, and New York City based REIT, Torchlight Investors. As CEO, Jason is currently responsible for managing overall business development, partnerships and resources for Domotics.
Michael Sturges
Co-Founder & President
As President, Michael is responsible for executing the company’s strategic direction, leading the Domotics go-to-market strategy and implementing sales initiatives. Michael brings over 8 years of experience in real estate development as a project manager for family owned and operated Sturges Brothers Inc; where he led day to day construction operations for their projects, as well as fostering strong relationships with customers and the local real estate community. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Syracuse University.
Joshua LaVardera
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Joshua is an alumni of Quinnipiac University in accounting, bringing over 7 years of experience in Real Estate Accounting, splitting his career between commercial property manager Macerich, and developing giant Related Companies, where he was an integral accountant on the storied Hudson Yards project. As COO, Joshua will provide strategic vision to the organization. He will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company.

John Teltsch Jr. is a 40-year IBM executive, recently retiring in January 2022, immediately joining Converge Technology Services Inc as their CRO. Over the course of his tenure with IBM, John has held various leadership roles across the IBM business and throughout the world including, most recently, as General Manager of IBM Systems Sales worldwide. In this role, John led sales globally for IBM Storage, IBM Cognitive Systems, IBM Z, Lab Services and Technical Sales and, in collaboration with his peers in Systems product development and offering management, IBM’s go-to-market strategy for hardware products and related software offerings
John Putrino
John Putrino is an accomplished head investment banker who provides strategic and financial advice to companies and investors in the real estate, lodging and leisure sectors. John is currently the Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co.
He has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has completed over 190 transactions representing an aggregate value of over $95 billion. Mr. Putrino began his investment banking career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse First Boston and has completed over 80 advisory transactions. He has extensive expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, company sales, private placements, leveraged finance, IPOs, joint ventures and equity-linked financings.
